The Gibraltar Cultural Services, on behalf of the Ministry of Culture will be organising the Christmas Festival of Lights in conjunction with the Gibraltar Electricity Authority on Friday 23rd November 2018 as from 6pm at John Mackintosh Square.
The traditional switch on of the Christmas lights together with song and dance is a great recipe to welcome the season of good will. A special appearance by no other than Father Christmas himself with his elves.
Following the switching-on ceremony, the illuminations will thereafter come on, automatically, every day until the 6th January 2019.

6.15pm: Sea Scouts Band, St Joseph’s School Choir, GAMPA and Yalta Dance Studio
7.15pm. Water Presentation
7.30pm. Video Presentation
7.45pm. Fr Christmas, Minister Stephen Linares, & St Martin’s Representative on stage to switch on lights
7.45pm. Opening of the Christmas Market and Grotto
7.50pm. Fr Christmas starts handing out party bags at Market’s Grotto
