With the rugby 6 nations tournament well underway, the Waterfront at Queensway Quay Gibraltar was the venue of choice to watch the England v Ireland match on the big screen.
A fabulous 3 course lunch washed down with plenty of wine softened the blow of defeat for the Irish and, of course, assisted the English in their celebration. Organized by Etain Gonzalez the event raised over £2,000 for Childline Gibraltar.
With the wine flowing guests were generously bidding on a variety of prizes kindly donated by local Gibraltar businesses including Gibraltar Rugby Club, AER Clinic,The Cellar, Neptune Sacerello Interiors, Renaissance Health & Beauty, The Dolphin Safari, The Philharmonic Society of Gibraltar, Aphrodite Salon, and a beautiful print from Yvonne Smiddy Page made an excellent addition.
